Local Stone

What started as a burning passion quickly became a full scale operation during the Spring of 2020. Brian & Jess Macker were making more than 75 pies on a Friday night for family, friends and original customers who turned into their Pizza Family. Since then, they have grown their craft at local pop-ups, breweries, distilleries, wineries and private events throughout the greater Lehigh Valley.

Local Stone is expanding to their first brick-and-mortar location at 15th & Liberty in Allentown. The Macker family is excited to bring their passion to the community, serving high-quality artisanal pizza made with 72-hour cold-fermented dough, imported and locally sourced ingredients and a focus on true craft, attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
